Accreditation Process Additional Info

ACCREDITATION 2019

Tradesman-On-Call aims to build TRUST between homeowner and tradesman by connecting quality and accredited tradesmen to homeowners. For a tradesman to be successfully accredited he would need to be vetted by our accreditation team. This is the criteria for Accreditation:

• A Green Accreditation indicates a new tradesman who has not yet been verified by Tradesman-on-Call.
• A Bronze Accreditation indicates that the tradesman has supplied Tradesman-On-Call with the requested documentation and 5 contactable customer references.
• A Silver Accreditation indicates that the tradesman has supplied Tradesman-On-Call with the relevant documentation as well as 10 contactable customer references from recently completed work.
• A Gold Accreditation indicates that the tradesman has supplied Tradesman-On-Call with the relevant documentation as well as 10 contactable customer references from recently completed work and has been a member of Tradesman-On-Call for more than 12 months.

Criteria for Accreditation:

Green Accreditation – Default

• We have not received any verification documents as yet

Bronze Accreditation

• Copy of personal ID and/or Company Registration Documents
• Confirmation of address (recent bank statement or utility bill)
• Contact details of 5 Customers that the tradesman has done work for in the last 3 months

Silver Accreditation

• Copy of personal ID and/or Company Registration Documents
• Confirmation of address on a recent bank statement or bill
• Contact details of 10 Customers that the tradesman has have done work for in the last 6 months
• Copy of Registration with relevant associations e.g. NHBRS, IOPSA etc
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
• Copy of Liability Insurance
• Banking Details
• BEE Certificate

Gold Accreditation

• Copy of personal ID and/or Company Registration Documents
• Confirmation of address on a recent bank statement or bill
• Contact details of 10 Customers that the tradesman has have done work for in the last 6 months
• Copy of Registration with relevant associations e.g. NHBRS, IOPSA etc
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
• Copy of Liability Insurance
• Has been a member of Tradesman-On-Call for more than 12 months – ‘his track record speaks for itself’
• Banking Details
• BEE Certificate
